Online Store Customer Advisor
On behalf of our client, international outsourcing center we are looking for candidates with fluent English and one of the following: German or Dutch.
You will work for a well know health and home care store.
What is a typical Call from the endusers:
- How to place an order?
- Where is my order?
- How can I can a refund?
- How can I send back my device?
- What are the difference between these devices before ordering?
- For Dutch 9.00 to 21.00 Monday-Friday, Saturday 10.00 to 19.00 Greek time
Please note, that to be considered you need to be eligible to work in Greece.
Fluent English and one of the following (German or Dutch) is a must!
The job offer:
- yearly contract, after 1 year possibility for perm contract
- full, comprehensive training in the role of Online Store Customer Advisor.
- salary 1283 EUR per month (The salary is not negotiable)
