Opis stanowiska

• Coordinating role within the Service Desk team covering ticket backlog, escalation and follow up.

• Document solutions in knowledge base to help facilitate cross functional coordination and communication regarding solutions to common IT issues.

• Advise users on appropriate actions and follow through to verify problem solving solutions.

• Escalate problems to Service Desk Manager as and when needed.

• Respond to end user support requests in a timely manner

• Basic diagnose hardware issues

• Resolve software and OS issues.

• May be required to work overtime or non-business hours

Wymagania na stanowisko

• Minimum of 2 years related work experience

• English at C1 level and Polish min B2

• Experience in working with a ticket system

• Experience using remote support tools, preferable Teamviewer.

• Troubleshooting skills.


• Salary 8000-10000zł gross per month

• Perm contract with 3 monthly probationery period
